Itinerary
- Day 01:Arrive Colombo – Transfer to Negombo
Arrive at Bandaranaike International Airport, where you will be welcomed by our airport representative. After assistance with baggage and arrival formalities, continue by private vehicle to the coastal town of Negombo. Known for its long sandy beaches and colourful fishing culture, Negombo offers a first glimpse into Sri Lankan coastal life.
Explore the historic Dutch-built canal system, where fishermen glide along the waterways in vividly painted boats, and spot kingfishers and other bird species perched along the banks. Between November and April, the village comes alive with catamaran excursions and canal boat tours, while the beachfront areas offer cafés, souvenir shops, and small local markets. Spend the rest of the day relaxing by the sea. Overnight stay in Negombo.
